DSSL Group is a market-leading, independently owned security, automation and life safety systems integrator. The company is led by Group Managing Director Aaron Stephens, who has driven the strategic growth and direction of the business, supported by a leadership team focused on sustainable expansion, technical excellence and long-term delivery capability. Jordon Stephens and Luke Stephens serve as Technical Directors, driving the continuous uplift of engineering standards, technical competence and product expertise across the organisation. Their direct involvement ensures our teams remain aligned with evolving technologies and industry best practice.

Over the past eight years, DSSL has grown from just over 20 employees to more than 90 directly employed professionals. This growth has been strategically led and carefully structured to ensure stability, performance and long-term resilience. As the business expanded, Operations Director Will Meeks played a significant role in strengthening internal processes, refining office operations and enhancing delivery infrastructure, ensuring the company could scale without compromising quality or service standards.

We are independently owned and built by our people. Our sales structure is aligned to industry verticals, ensuring clients work with specialists who understand their sector, compliance frameworks and operational pressures. This enables DSSL to provide informed, commercially sound and technically robust solutions from the outset.

DSSL operates as a true one-stop partner. We design, install and maintain integrated security, automation and life safety systems, offering as much or as little involvement as required. From consultancy and system architecture through to full turnkey delivery and managed support, we take full responsibility. No project is too small, and no programme is too complex. All staff are directly employed on a PAYE basis. We invest heavily in structured training, technical progression and long-term careers rather than relying on subcontracted labour. Central to this commitment is the DSSL Academy, a one-of-a-kind programme within the industry that provides structured in-house technical training, manufacturer certification and professional development. The Academy ensures consistent standards, strengthens capability and reinforces our position as a market-leading systems integrator.
